Hillcrest Baptist Church Leadership

Hillcrest Baptist Church is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.

Dawson McMahan

Interim Youth Minister

The church will welcome Dawson McMahan to our ministry team as our interim youth minister in the first week of January 2025. Dawson will lead our youth ministry by teaching our youth on Wednesdays and Sundays and planning our youth ministry activities and events. Dawson is from Batesville, AR, and will graduate with a BS in Business Administration. He plans to continue his theological education at MId-America Seminary in Memphis. Dawson is engaged to Sophie Allred (Pastor Shawn and Stephanie's daughter) and is set to marry on March 29, 2025. Please begin now by praying for the success of Dawson's ministry to our youth and church family. We are excited to welcome Dawson!
